You will also strengthen the leg muscles, and this will make walking easier. Have specific times of the day set aside for walking, and you will start seeing the difference in your weight.

It is advisable to practice different cardio exercises. There are times when the body may feel tired, and during such times, you need to do low cardio. However, when you are more relaxed and feeling fresh, you can practice high cardio exercise. Always keep in mind how your body is reacting, and do not overwork it. Cardio exercise will get your blood pumping and will increase the heart rate, which is what tells you that you are working hard enough to burn calories.

Before starting any workout, ensure that you have had a well-balanced meal. When you have enough energy, the body will be able to exercise more, thus burning more calories. You should completely avoid working out on an empty stomach, as it will lower the metabolic rate, and the amount of calories that you are able to burn will be much lower.

When in the house during your free time, you can do different chores which will keep the body active and also increase the heart rate. You can mow the lawn, wash the car and also sweep the floors. By doing all of these on a regular basis, you will notice your weight will start decreasing gradually.
